Have you set up your goals for the new year ? 

A new year means a new you...Maybe you already have set up your new year goals but If you didn't, I am here for you! Today I am going to give you some advice to set up your goals. And I will write my list of short term goals. 

So lets start with the 2017.. what do you feel when you see or say the 2017? If it2s not a positive feeling it's not bad. Yes it's not bad! Do you know why? Because that means something didn't work well last year and it will help you. First you should start to thinking about that now. 'What didn't go allright?' and 'Why didn't?'.. If you've found the answer of these questions you already know 'what you shouldn't do' . That's a very important point to make your goals. Because you already know the wrong way so you're ready to go on the right way. Every new year offer you new opportunities. 1 year=365 opportunities. Lets see what can we do.

5 steps for setting goals

1) Determine your Goal: This is the most important and first step of making your goal. Just ask yourself  ' What do I want to achieve in this year?' It can be like 'I want to be more healthy' or 'I want to get a better job'... It shouldn't be a big goal. Just you need something will make you feel good. 

2) Categorize your goals as a long term/ short term: You need to categorize your goals. Because your long term goals need to make more effort and need  to be more patient. If you dont categorize you can be disapponted or you can feel that  you failed. and it stop you. 


3) Set up your plan: You need concrete to make plan to get your goal. This plan must include 'what should you do' and 'what shouldn't you do' to reach your goal. As I mentioned above you already know that what kind of step you shouldn't take from the last year. 

4) Write it down: You must write down to your goals so you have no excuse to forget it. And writing down will make you motivate. You must put it somewhere you see everyday.

5) Make it Happen: Work on your goals every single day. You must remind yourself everyday. The more work on your goals the faster you will achieve. 


Don't forget something. Everyone has goals but only a few people achieve that.



And here my 5 short term goals

1) Drink more water
2) start to exercise or swim
3) smile more
4) get more organized
5) use phone less
